Q：Are free samples available?
A：1.Samples from stock are available for 1 PCS free.
2.The price of bulk order with double will be charged for a customized sample and returned after mass production order placed
3.Note: delivery cost is borne by buyer
Q：How soon could I get my sample?
A：Normally 7-10 working days after confirmation details，depending on the complexity of sample request
Q：What’s the payment term?
A：Our tradtional payment term：30% TT deposit for production，70% balance paid before shipping.
Q：What’s your delivery time?
A：Normally 45~50 working days after pre-production sample confirmation.
Q：What’s your MOQ?
A：1. MOQ 500PCS for each helmet item with at least 300pcs/sku for each sub-item,like painting or graphic；
- Note：the MOQ can be negotiable according to detailed particular requests.
Q：Could I put my own logo on the helmet or choose my own colors?
A：Yes,personalized logo and color are available.
Q：Where your products have been sold to?
A：Currently, our helmets have been sold to the middle-east regioins,North America and South America.
Q：What is your standard inspection?
A：All final products of finished helmets wll be inspected before packing.we start quality control from raw material to ensure the quality of each component with full set of advanced inspection equipments, including test machine to meet International standards.
Q：What kind of after-sales service can you offer?
A：For any kinds of complants from clients，our sales department will solve the problem as soon as possible. we are responsible for all authentic quality problems to disappoint clients.

A：Lanxi City, Jinhua City of Zhejiang Province,China (near by Yiwu city)

- 2021 – Obtaining the 3C(China Compulsory Certification) for specific helmet model,and starting the e-commerce sales in multi-channel online.
- 2022 – The company won the title of “national quality inspection stable and qualified products” and “national quality integrity excellent enterprise” issued by China Quality Inspection Association.
- 2023 – Obtaining DOT certificate for featured helmets of open face, full face and flip up
